Northeastern Mechanical Inc is a full-service HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) company, providing service, maintenance and equipment installation to multi-residential, industrial and commercial clients.

A Distinguished History

Northeastern Mechanical Inc (NMI) was founded in 1987. In the years since, Northeastern Mechanical has grown to include experienced HVACR technicians, pipefitters and sheet metal fabricators.


Our technicians are factory trained to perform all service and maintenance work, including start-up work for all major brands of boilers, burners, pumps, motors, chillers, specialized equipment, control systems and HVACR equipment.


We use only brand-name parts and quality materials provided by established distributors.


In addition, in 2011, Patriot Plumbing & Heating joined Northeastern Mechanical as a separate but vital aspect of meeting our customers' complete HVACR and plumbing and heating needs. NMI began its business by building a team of well-skilled technicians focused on service and dependability, and continues that focus today.
